Jonathan Movtady is an extraordinary attorney in every way! He handled all of the transactions for the purchase of our co-op and we were very pleased with his services. He was professional, responsive at all hours 24/7, had great attention to detail, knowledgeable about NYC real estate and reasonable fees. The seller's attorney even complimented Jonathan and said they had worked together very well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jonathan Movtady to anyone seeking an attorney. And we will be sure to use him again!
